In collaboration with Harley Davidson, our team took on the challenge of reimagining the loan approval process for motorcycle enthusiasts. To commence this project, we conducted thorough rounds of stakeholder and user interviews, aiming to identify existing pain points and essential steps within the current experience.

Our goal was to craft a more streamlined journey that allowed users to seamlessly track their loan approval process across various devices. Simultaneously, we sought to elevate the entire journey with a modern and connected design touch, ensuring a more engaging and contemporary experience for users.
